Spinach Artichoke Dip





16 oz Cream Cheese

1/2 cup mayo

10 oz fresh spinach, chopped

1 lb of artichoke heart, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 Tbs Lemon juice
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated



Directions: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a shallow casserole dish.

Mix together cream cheese and mayo until smooth. Stir in the spinach, artichoke, garlic, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese. Spread into prepared baking dish. Bake 20 min.



I served this with some bread chunks.



Bread chunks: I cut up a loaf of french bread into little cubes. Then I drizzled it and tossed them with some olive oil, put them on a bakeing sheet and sprinkled them with a little salt. I just toasted them in the oven till they were brown and crispy.


The pictures are not the greatest, but it is super yummy and easy!
