Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

12 1/2 fresh jalapeno peppers
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2- 8oz packages of bacon- you prob only need one

Directions:
1-cut stems off the peppers and cut them all in half longways.
2-remove seeds from peppers
3-mix the cream cheese and cheddar cheese together and stuff each pepper half
4-wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around each pepper(we stabbed them with a tooth pick to keep the bacon in place)
5-place on a baking sheet and place in 450 degree oven for 10-15 min or until bacon is fully cooked
6-remove and serve when cooled
7-Enjoy!
