Fresh Blackberry Lime Jam

once again not the gratest picture, but very yummy with grandmas fresh baked rolls at Sunday dinner.

So mom and grandma have this white powder stuff that they cook with, it made by Morning Moo's and I think its called Ultra Jel. You can use it to make jam and stuff.

To make this jam I put one small carton of fresh washed black berries into the food processer with the juice of one lime and a tablespoon of UltraJel. Mix it up and then-BAM- you have yummy jam!
